Pixel CO2 laser for micro-ablation, deep thermal heating and tissue remodeling
Alma fractionated CO2 laser is a high-powered laser that adds unparalleled precision and innovation to outpatient medical care. Supporting today’s most advanced array of surgical tools, treatment results are enhanced with Alma’s CO2, leading to new possibilities in minimally invasive surgical outpatient treatment. FemiLift harnesses the power of fractional CO2 laser technology, the gold standard in skin tightening and rejuvenation, to achieve a deep thermal effect for vaginal collagen remodeling, without causing aggressive ablation (Figure B). CO2 laser energy is delivered to the vaginal tissue through a holographic lens that pixelates the beam to 81 microscopic pixels in a 9×9 ablation pattern. Microscopic columns of thermal effect penetrates deep into the submucosa, leaving the surrounding tissue intact. This allows faster healing as the mucosa of the vaginal wall is rejuvenated. The micro-ablative process contracts existing fibers and stimulates the formation of new collagen, rejuvenating the target tissue (Figure C).
Modes of Operation & Handpieces:
Mode #01 – Fractional energy delivery :
Enables the utilization of much higher energy levels by longer pulse duration, to achieve strong and impactful thermal effect. The CO2 laser energy is delivered to the vaginal tissue via DOE (Diffractive Optical Element) that pixelates the beam to 81 microscopic pixels in a 9×9 pattern.
FemiLift Probe:
The FemiLift handpiece is a unique, single-use hygienic probe, uniquely designed to fit varying vaginal sizes and ensure maximum patient comfort.
During treatment, the physician rotates the probe in a 360 degree pattern to cover the entire vaginal wall, providing optimal coverage and efficiency.
FemiLift Slim Probe For Narrower Anatomical Structures:
The new and hygienic, single use FemiLift Slim Probe was designed to fit women with inherently narrower anatomical structures, as well as those who have experienced anatomical or histological changes such as vaginal atrophy or tissue damage resulting from oncology treatments. Working with this slender probe follows the same protocol as with the standard probe.
FemiLift Smart:
This innovative robotic technology facilitates smart and homogeneous treatments, and is easily adjustable for varying indications and protocols. The applicator is programmed according to the indication and the parameters of the treatment and enables automatic treatments in a 360/120 degree pattern for optimal coverage.

Mode #03 – Fractional and Cut & Coagulate combined energy delivery :
FemiLift’s noninvasive, non-ablative, defocus CO2 laser energy delivery facilitates a dermal rejuvenation effect, via gentle thermal heating of the target tissue, resulting in selective induction of collagen regeneration and deposition in the deep tissue layers.
